What you need

all purpose flour

vegan margarine

elbow pasta

coarse sea salt

flat-leaf parsley

vegan cheddar cheese

ground black pepper

smoked paprika

onion powder

garlic powder

protein powder

parsley flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° - Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside. - In a medium sized pot, melt the vegan butter over low-medium heat. - Slowly whisk the flour into the mixture until smooth, then add in the unsweetened almond milk. - Stir in the vegan cheddar cheese until the mixture is smooth. - Whisk in all seasonings and Orgain Protein Powder. - Combine the cheese mixture with the pasta and place in a small baking dish. - Transfer to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. - Top with dried parsley (optional) and truffle powder to taste.
