Easy Vegan Peach Cobbler [+VIDEO]
A classic southern peach cobbler recipe filled with sweet peaches plus a simple crust overtop that's baked to perfection!
What you need

cup natural cane sugar

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

tsp baking soda

tsp ground cinnamon

dash ground nutmeg

dash allspice

cup vegan margarine

can dried peaches
Instructions
0 In a medium sized bowl add all of the dry ingredients and stir to combine. 1 Add ¼ cup of the melted vegan butter to the bowl and use a fork to work it into the mixture until fully incorporated and crumbly. 2 Add about ⅓ of the mixture to the bottom of your baking dish and spread evenly. 3 Cover the mixture with the canned peaches, then add the remaining crumb mixture overtop the peaches. 4 Drizzle the remaining half of the vegan butter (¼ cup) over top of the dish. 5 Transfer to the oven and bake for 1 hour - 1 hour and 10 minutes or until the center of the dish is firm and golden brown in color. 6 Serve with ice cream (optional) and enjoy!View original recipe
