What you need
tbsp sage

pumpkin puree

tbsp nutritional yeast

cup bread crumbs

tsp onion powder

tsp ground black pepper

tsp dried thyme

oz lean ground beef

tbsp dried rosemary

tsp kosher salt

tbsp vegan margarine

tsp chili powder

cup unsweetened almond milk

yellow onion

lb pasta

thyme

tsp garlic powder

tbsp flax seed

cup vegetable broth
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package ingredients, then set aside. Combine the water and flax seed meal in a small bowl to make the flax egg. Set aside until thickened. In a large bowl add the ingredients (including the flax eggs) for the meatballs and stir until all ingredients are well combined. Use a cookie scoop to form each meatball, then transfer to a large well-oiled pan over medium heat with fresh rosemary (optional). Cook the meatballs on each side until browned and cooked through.
