What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tsp ground cinnamon

cup egg nog

cup non-dairy milk

pinch salt

toast bread

tbsp vegan margarine

powdered sugar
blueberry

maple syrup
Instructions
0 In a large dish appropriate for dipping, combine the ingredients for the dipping mixture. Stir ingredients together until well combine. 1 Heat a large pan or griddle to medium heat and add vegan butter to coat the bottom. 2 Slice your vegan bread into "sticks" according to preference (I prefer about 1½ - 2 inches wide). 3 Dip each of the sliced pieces of bread into the wet mixture, coating both sides thoroughly. Flip if necessary. 4 One at a time, add the soaked bread slices to the hot pan and cook on both sides until golden brown. Repeat until all pieces have been cooked. 5 Dust with powdered sugar and top with your favorite berries and maple syrup. Enjoy!View original recipe
