What you need

cup natural cane sugar

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup vegan margarine

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp vanilla extract

cup berry mix
vegan cream cheese
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients for the cake mix. 2 Add in the wet ingredients with the dry and combine well using a whisk. 3 Transfer the cake batter to a round baking dish lined with parchment paper for easy removal. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry when inserted in the middle of cake. 4 While the cake is baking, begin slicing strawberries. 5 When cake is done baking, remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack. Let cool for at least 30-45 minutes or until room temperature. 6 Once cake is completely cooled, break up the cake into medium-large chunks. In a medium sized bowl begin layering the cake, berries, and whipped cream. 7 Enjoy!View original recipe
