What you need

yellow bell pepper

red bell pepper

green bell pepper

red onion

salt & pepper

firm tofu

cup lower sodium soy sauce

tsp granulated garlic

tbsp agave syrup

tbsp sriracha sauce

tsp worcestershire sauce

tsp ground ginger

tsp onion powder
Instructions
1 In a dish appropriate for marinating, combine all of the marinade ingredients and whisk together. 2 Add the cubed tofu to the dish and gently combine until all pieces are coated. Set aside for 15 minutes. 3 While the tofu is marinating, begin preparing your veggies. 4 Once the tofu is done marinating, begin putting together your skewers. Be sure to season the veggies with salt and pepper to taste. 5 Cook on the grill over medium low heat, or on the stove in a grill pan over medium heat or until the desired level of char is present. 6 Serve with your favorite sides or eat along.
