
Sun Dried Tomato+Broccoli Pasta with White Wine Sauce

Easy weeknight dinner recipe that's perfect for the entire family! This White Wine Pasta Sauce is light and flavorful and tossed in sun dried tomatoes and broccoli.

What you need

broccoli florets

tbsp olive oil

tsp granulated garlic

tsp red pepper flake
cup vegetable broth

tbsp nutritional yeast

cup white wine
tsp salt

pepper

cup sundried tomatoes
tbsp italian seasoning
Instructions
1 Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add pasta and cook according to package directions. 2 In a large frying pan over medium heat, add the olive oil then once warmed, add in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 3 Once the garlic is fragrant add all other white wine ingredients and bring to a low boil then add in broccoli florets. Stir to combine. Let simmer until broccoli is cooked to your liking (for me, this was about 5-10 minutes). 4 Once your pasta is done, drain the water and transfer to a large mixing bowl. 5 Add the white wine sauce to the mixing bowl and toss with the pasta until evenly combined. 6 Serve immediately.
