Y’all, I’m so obsessed with this easy vegan vanilla cake. It’s soft, spongy, buttery and best of all, delicious. I have literally eaten this cake by itself, straight out of the pan. No icing, no nothing. Just straight cake! Trust me, it’s LIKE THAT!

What you need

cup natural cane sugar

tsp salt

tsp baking soda

tbsp apple cider vinegar

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup vegan margarine

tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350° 2 In a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients, then add in the wet ingredients and mix together. 3 Transfer the batter to a round baking dish lined with parchment paper (for effortless removal). 4 Bake for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and a toothpick comes out dry. 5 Once done, transfer to a cooling rack to cool.
