What you need

white onion

tbsp olive oil

tsp granulated garlic
cup vegetable broth
tsp salt

tsp black peppercorn

tsp red pepper flake

tsp paprika

tsp liquid smoke

tsp sugar
Instructions
1 In a large pot, saute minced garlic and diced onions in olive oil until fragrant over medium-low heat. 2 Stir in the collard greens along with the vegetable broth and bring to a low simmer. 3 Stir in all seasonings and liquid smoke. Cover the pot with a lid and reduce to a low simmer, stirring occasionally.
