What you need

cup bread flour
tbsp cornstarch

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp liquid smoke

cup bread crumbs

tsp garlic powder

tsp chili powder

tsp onion powder

tbsp vegan margarine
cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2 Dice the drained tofu into cubes of your preferred size. 3 Combine the ingredients for each of the 3 separate bowls. 4 Take each piece of tofu and dip it in each bowl until coated. After dipping in bowl #3, transfer each piece of tofu to a baking pan. 5 Once complete, place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5-10 minutes until lightly browned. 6 While the tofu pieces are cooking, begin mixing together the sauce ingredients. Set aside. 7 Once the tofu pieces are done cooking, lightly toss them in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately. Enjoy!View original recipe
