Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 425° 2 In a 10" cast iron skillet add desired amount of dairy-free chocolate chips to create the bottom layer. 3 Arrange the jumbo marshmallows as desired over the chocolate chips to create the second layer. 4 Place the pan in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until browned to your liking. 5 While the chocolate and marshmallows are heating, use this time to begin breaking up the graham crackers. 6 Remove the pan from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving (the chocolate is usually pretty hot!).
