What you need

tbsp lemon peel

cup almond butter

pinch salt

cup rolled oats

cup dried cranberries

cup flax seed

tsp vanilla extract

cup agave syrup
Instructions
1 Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well 2 Over a pan lined with parchment paper, form 1 inch balls (I used a cookie scooper) and place them on a pan evenly spaced. 3 Transfer the pan to the freezer and let sit for at minimum one hour (okay to leave longer) 4 After 1 hour remove from the freezer.
