In a large bowl add the melted white chocolate chips, crispy rice, protein powder, and vegan butter. Stir to combine, then set aside. In a separate small bowl combine the melted chocolate chips and melted vegan butter. Set aside. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, then add in the crispy rice mixture. Flatten gently with a spatula. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over top (optional), then refrigerate for 1 hour. Once done, garnish with salt flakes (optional), cut into 9 squares and enjoy!
